We understand that nature can be unpredictable. Our plant guarantee does not cover damages caused by deer, chemicals, or mechanical means. However, if your plant suffers due to an unforeseen event or a unique situation, do share your story with us. We might consider it under our guarantee if it's compelling enough!

Early Detection

Plants don't wither overnight. If you notice any signs of distress or think something might be amiss, don't hesitate to reach out. Give us a call and snap a picture of the plant. Early intervention can often save the day.

Follow Our Guidance

For your plants to flourish, it's essential to adhere to our water and planting instructions. Proper care from the start ensures a healthy growth journey.

Claiming a Replacement

Should you need a replacement tree or shrub, please have the following ready:

• Your original receipt.
• Clear photographs of the plant, ensuring the roots are visible.
• Remember, it's your responsibility to water your plants and retain your receipt. We'll provide a plant credit for valid claims; however, cash refunds are not available.

Show Us the Bigger Picture

When making a claim, we'd like to see the plant in its landscape setting. This helps us understand its environment and provide better guidance for future care.

The Process

To qualify for our guarantee, simply follow our care instructions and maintain a record of your purchase. If, for any reason, your plant doesn't thrive, contact us with the necessary documentation. We'll provide a plant credit equal to your original purchase price, which can be used at Poplar Forest Nursery.

Please Note

• We do not offer cash refunds for guarantee claims, nor can we guarantee the availability of an exact size or type of plant.
• Our guarantee applies only to plants that have been planted in the ground. Plants in containers are not covered.
• While we strive to honor all guarantee requests, we reserve the right to decline claims if our guarantee conditions aren't met. This includes damages from animal interference, zone-related issues, or acts of nature like storms or hurricanes and other climate events.
